Principles

Articles are scored one at a time; outlets are counted and described, never rated or ranked. Members' analytics also average an outlet's scored articles, which describes that sample, not the outlet. No left/right axis. We describe headlines; we do not say why they were written. Times are shown in your time zone (UTC when your browser does not say); analytics, allowances and the daily briefing run on UTC.
